How is the build-out process conducted?

We take a hands-on approach to build-outs, working closely with you to create a space that fits exactly how your business operates—whatever you need, we can make it happen. From layout and structural changes to plumbing, electrical, and finish details, every element is customized to ensure your space works for you from day one.

What is parking support like?

The Exchange offers convenient open parking directly in front of every building, along with an additional overflow lot that can accommodate up to 30 vehicles.

What delivery support do you offer?

Our development is equipped with both traditional mailboxes and a parcel box system, making it easy to receive daily mail. We also offer a dedicated loading dock designed to accommodate semi-trucks and other large vehicles, ensuring smooth and efficient access for shipping, receiving, and logistics.

How many roll-up doors in each unit?

Every unit has a roll up door in the front and back. The photo below is a back-of-building door.
